Tingshas are small cymbals used in prayer and rituals by Buddhist practitioners. The cymbals are struck together producing a clear and high pitched sound.

These tinghas are adorned with dragons, which in Buddhism are said to be protectors of Buddhists and of nature. The bells are joined together using a leather strap.
